The Empire of Voltrum is an empire centred on the planet Voltrum. Voltrumites are the descendants of the Arlish people, who transcended themselves to become spiritually superior Ubermensch like beings called Voltrumites.
When the Eternal Emperor Voltron died, he willed the throne to his starseed who traveled to another galaxy. In the meantime the throne was kept in custody to Grand Regent until the return of the emperor. In the meantime the imperial house is governed by the Head of the House.
The office of the Prince Imperial is the supreme governing body of the Imperial House of Voltrum.
